Returns Policy

We know you're going to love your hat, shoes and bag. But if for any reason you are not happy you’re welcome to return any item if it's in an unworn condition with tags still attached within 14 days of receiving, however if you would like to return a hat or headpiece this must be returned within 24 hours. This only applies to online orders. 


  • We will refund you the full purchase price, but we do not refund for the delivery. 
  • You are only responsible for the one-way return postage although if wanting to exchange we will not charge you additional postage this ensures you eventually find an item that fits and suits you. If this exchange item is then returned the cost of the return postage will be deducted from your refund.
  • We cannot be held responsible for returned items arriving back late or damaged, it's the buyers responsibility to get adequate insurance.
  • We do not refund on any of our custom made items. We do appreciate it's not always easy to tell by a picture online so we will make free adjustments, we like happy customers so we will do all we can to help. There may be a delivery fee for us to return the item back to you.
  • If you make an arrangement with us to see one of our hats before you hire it must be returned within 24 hours for a full refund.
